Expansion Potentiality
  • Apart from the Plastic Injection moulding machines, other Plant utility machines like, Transformer, Electric Panel, Busbar trunking line, Cooling Tower, Water Pumps, EOT Cranes is installed to support 40 Injection Moulding Machines.
  • In the existing floor area we can install upto 29 machines.
  • For further machines we have to just extend the factory shade in the continues direction.

Automated Assembly Line
  • To cater to the white goods industries like air coolers for Symphony Limited we have state of the art fully automated 100 feet assembly line, with a throughput of 800 units/shift. The assembly floor is designed for streamline material and manpower moment and FG stocking.
  • We also do have a second automated assembly line to cater to customers like Hitachi India Limited with a daily output of 700 units/shift.
  • For effective maximum material reach from shop floor to the assembly line we have two 24x7 operational goods lift, which is capable of carrying bulk material.
